Exchanges (if applicable)

  • Act within (x amount of days), we only exchange items if they are damaged or defective.
  • Email us on stating the reason for the exchange
  • Mail your package to this address (add address)
  • Your shoes must be unworn and in the same condition you received them. Once the item is inspected and approved, we will issue a store credit voucher for the amount.
  • Please note The Pavement, will not cover delivery charges
  • Exchanging items does not apply to socks and accessories.
