Refunds and Exchanges Policy
- To exchange, kindly send a photo to our chat button below on the homepage showing that the product is in good shape and not damaged. item exchange is applicable a maximum of 3 weeks after purchase.
- Email us on email@example.com stating the reason for the exchange or click on the Chat button on our homepage.
- Your shoes must be unworn and in the same condition you received them. Once the item is inspected and approved, we will issue a store credit voucher for the amount and send you the mailing address and shipper account number and details.
- Please note The Pavement, will not cover delivery charges.
- Exchanging items on;y applies to shoes. It does not apply to socks, accessories, clothing or masks.
- Refunds are not applicable.
- Store credit is applicable and so are exchanges. Kindly click on the Chat button in the homepage to contact us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Kindly note that all Shipping costs are calculated at Checkout according to your country, city and express courier service available for your country. Clearance and VAT charges are the responsibility of the client and not of The Pavement World.
